Alabama Digital Preservation Network

The Alabama Commission on Higher Education's Network of Alabama Academic Libraries (NAAL) is implementing a two-year research project to develop a low-cost model for the long-term archival preservation of locally-created digital resources using a private LOCKSS network, with funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), the Network of Alabama Academic Libraries, the Alabama Department of Archives and History and other institutions.
