We supply a CD image (called ISO file); this file has all the information needed to construct a LOCKSS boot CD. Please note that simply burning a CD with this file on it is not sufficient. You must use a CD burning program that knows how to read ISO files and generate a CD from them. Most burning software can do this.
The following link has a mini-tutorial for burning ISO files to CDs using Windows: http://www.petri.co.il/how_to_write_iso_files_to_cd.htm. It contains instructions for burning a CD from an ISO image using 2 major commercial software packages, as well as a freeware tool for Windows XP:

If you want to use software other than one of these, look for a feature called something like "Burn CD image" or "Make CD from Disk Image."
