The Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) in partnership with the Consortium of Research Libraries in the British Isles (CURL) is funding the Collective UK LOCKSS Alliance membership for 24 selected UK HE libraries. The Digital Curation Centre (DCC) is funded to provide technical advice, software development and training. Content Complete Ltd, JISC's negotiation agent for the NESLi2 national e-journals initiative, is funded to negotiate with publishers to allow LOCKSS-based archiving.
